Inspiration from Zoégas’ work with IGE Day and RHC

Over the past two years, we at Zoégas have participated in IGE Day – Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day – where we have opened the doors of our factory in Helsingborg to young girls and non-binary individuals who want to gain insight into technology, production, and engineering careers. Through factory tours, coffee roasting, sustainability activities, and meetings with our employees, we have had the opportunity to show how technology and innovation are a natural part of our everyday work.

We will also share more about our participation in Reveal the hidden competences, a collaboration with Helsingborgs stad.

The purpose of the session is to share our experiences from IGE Day and Reveal the hidden competences, and to inspire continued collaboration that strengthens young people’s pathways into working life.
