Attracting the right talent is one of the biggest challenges for companies today – and a key factor for growth and international competitiveness. In October, companies in Helsingborg will have the chance to take part in MindLabs, a unique event where businesses meet international talents and build the workforce of the future.
On October 23–24, Mindpark, one of the Innovation Hubs in Helsingborg Innovation District, will host the second edition of MindLabs. The event will bring together international talents already based in Sweden and connect them with companies that want to grow, innovate, and explore new markets. Over the course of two half-days, the participating companies pitch problems or challenges they face, and the talents aim to come up with proposed solutions.
The goal is not only to match companies with potential employees, but also to create meaningful connections that can lead to collaborations, knowledge sharing, and long-term business opportunities.
For many businesses, access to international talent is a game-changer. It brings new perspectives, cultural understanding and skills that can unlock global markets. By participating in MindLabs, companies contribute to making Helsingborg a more attractive place for talent, innovation and sustainable growth.
After Helsingborg, the MindLabs concept will also be introduced in Malmö, Lund and Gothenburg – further strengthening southern Sweden as a hub for global talent and innovation.
