Innovation X at Science Centre Helsingborg

Throughout the week, the pupils will have the opportunity to develop and refine their projects in our creative environments, whilst visitors can follow their work up close and meet the next generation of problem-solvers and innovators.

Innovation X challenges pupils to find smart solutions for distributing energy when the load on the electricity grid is at its highest at certain times of the day. The task involves coming up with ideas that can even out the peaks and troughs in energy consumption and presenting practical and sustainable solutions to the problem.

Innovation X is a STEAM project (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) centred on creativity, technology and entrepreneurship. The project concludes in week 47 with a final event at Tryckeriet, where a jury will select the best entries.
