For the first time, we are joining forces with IKEA to host a morning that will set the tone for the future of e-commerce. The theme of the day is Sustainability & E-commerce in the age of AI, exploring how sustainability, AI, and new ways of engaging with customers are shaping the industry.

The half-day will be packed with inspiration and practical insights, combining keynotes with interactive discussions and breakout sessions. IKEA will present both a new initiative in Sweden and an international project. In addition, we have more exciting speakers on board, including Josefin Runquist from Inimini.se and Manuel Lemholt Berger from nimt.ai. The focus will be on the questions that many e-commerce professionals are facing today.

Breakout sessions will cover topics such as AI, SEO & AIO, sustainability, conversation tracking – when fewer visitors generate more sales, how to measure your website traffic, campaigns and Black Friday, customer support in the age of AI – how others handle it, and taking the next step toward international expansion.

Here, you’ll have the chance to listen, discuss, and share experiences with other professionals – and leave with ideas and tools you can apply directly in your own business.
