Sweden’s population is undergoing a fundamental transformation. The proportion of elderly is increasing rapidly, while birth rates are reaching historically low levels. What does this demographic shift mean for welfare, skills supply, and economic sustainability in your municipality, region and company?
Together with Kairos Future, we at Nexer have analyzed how these changes affect welfare, working life and urban planning. The focus is on how municipalities and regions can respond to demographic shifts – strategically, sustainably and with the support of new technology. Now we are taking the conversation further, inviting you to a roundtable discussion, aimed at you who work strategically with these issues in the public sector and in business.

A forum for reflection, inspiration and solutions where we explore approaches, share experiences and draw inspiration from concrete examples of how others have acted.

You will gain:

  • Analysis and data that strengthen strategic work
  • Inspiration from practical applications of AI and digitalization
  • An opportunity to share your own challenges and highlight successful examples

When?

  • Wednesday, November 26
  • Parken: Center for Innovation, Henckels torg 3, 252 36 Helsingborg
  • Breakfast will be served from 08:30, the roundtable discussion starts at 09:00 and ends at 11:30.
