Welcome to Community Day at Parken, this time featuring a special session on AI avatars! What is the current state of interactive AI avatars in the public sector, and what risks and opportunities do they present? What conclusions can we draw from the mappings and user tests that have been carried out in the city so far? After the session, there will be an opportunity to take part in a short workshop where you, as a participant, can try interacting with AI avatars yourself.

Programme for the day:
8:30 Opening of the doors and start of Community Day – feel free to grab a coffee or tea and settle down to work wherever you like. No spaces are bookable, but everything is open. Pick a seat!
9:00–9:10 Check-in and breakfast sandwich for those who have registered.
10:00–11:00 Special session on AI avatars, with time for questions.
11:00–11:30 Workshop with the opportunity to interact with AI avatars. Please note: bring your laptop!
11:30–16:00 Community Day, co-working

Choose which parts of the day you would like to take part in. Please indicate in your registration whether you wish to attend the special session on AI avatars and/or the workshop, and whether you would like a breakfast sandwich and refreshments. Community Day is otherwise, as usual, drop-in throughout the day – come and go as it suits you!

• Who? Open to everyone with a focus on innovation – within the public sector, business, and academia

Community Day is a full day of co-working for those of us working with innovation, transformation, and collaboration – a day to create new opportunities and connections. Take a seat, find your focus, grab a coffee, and bump into a colleague or two! Make the most of being here on this particular day and spontaneously set up a meeting where there’s space. Expect a great vibe with good music and a calm, productive atmosphere. You need to register in advance if you would like a breakfast sandwich.
