This time, we are welcoming entrepreneurial brothers Oscar and Anton Troedsson to a new session with us. Their journey in e-commerce began in 2010 with the acquisition of Alphageek, which included roligaprylar.se. A few years later, the company was sold to Adlibris, and their focus shifted to an entirely new market – housing. By acquiring Polhus, they took on the challenge of scaling a business in a traditional industry in a completely new way.

With a clear strategy and a thorough transformation of the business model, they grew Polhus from a turnover of SEK 37 million to SEK 200 million in just a few years. A strong example of how to drive international expansion in e-commerce, even in an industry that wasn’t digital to begin with. During the session, Oscar and Anton will share their journey, the key decisions that made a difference, and the lessons they carry with them going forward.
