Welcome to Community Day at Parken, which this time will feature a visit from the city’s AI Lab!

Do you have questions about AI and how it affects our work? Would you like to learn the basics of generative AI, get inspired, or try out different tools in practice? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join us during Community Day and drop by the AI Lab, where you can ask questions, share experiences, and explore new ways of working. This is not a lecture, but a shared learning experience where we explore what AI can actually mean in everyday work.

The AI Lab is organized by the municipality's Digitalization Department and Innovation Support and is part of the city’s ongoing work with AI. The AI Lab is based on the city's shared AI guidelines.

Program for the day:

08:30 – The doors open for Community Day. Welcome to grab a coffee or tea and settle in to work wherever you like. Breakfast sandwiches are available for those who have registered in advance. No spaces are bookable – everything is open. Pick a seat!
10:00–12:00 – AI Lab. Drop-in session, no registration required and no prior knowledge needed.
12:00–16:00 – Community Day continues.

You can choose which parts of the day you would like to participate in. It’s drop-in throughout the day – come and go as it suits you!

Who? Anyone working with or interested in innovation – from the public sector, business, or academia.

Community Day is a co-working day for those working with innovation, transformation, and collaboration – a full day to create new opportunities and connections. Take a seat, find your focus, grab a coffee, and run into a colleague from your field or two! Take the opportunity to be here on this day and schedule a spontaneous meeting if space allows. Expect a great vibe, good music, and a calm working atmosphere. Please register by Monday of the same week if you would like a breakfast sandwich.
