This workshop is specifically designed for companies in northwestern Scania hiring or considering recruiting international talent.
We are pleased to invite you to a special workshop organized by Helsingborg International Connections (HIC) in collaboration with the City of Helsingborg and Ingka Group.
During the morning we will:
– Explore the unique needs and challenges your and other companies face when hiring and supporting international employees
– Exchange ideas and be inspired for solutions that can help you better integrate and retain global competence within your company
Whether you have extensive experience working with international professionals or are just starting to consider it, this workshop will provide valuable insights to help your business grow in an increasingly internationalized market. The forum will focus on knowledge exchange and networking.
The initiative is part of Region Skåne’s STEM UP project and is partly financed by the Norwegian Agency for Growth and the EU’s regional development fund.
We offer coffee and lunch! The workshop will mainly be in Swedish, but some parts will be in English.
